The service at the hotel was
disappointing during our stay. The room was decent, but the dining experience was marred by an incident with hair in the food. The situation was handled poorly by the staff, which left a negative impression overall.

During my stay at Los Portales, I enjoyed the friendly staff, perfect location near the Inca Rail office, and a clean room. A bit noisy because of the street, but I appreciated the flexibility with my late checkout after my Machu Picchu trip.

We enjoyed a great location close to the center, making it easy for our family with a little baby to explore Cusco. The staff were attentive and helped us with any requests we had, including heating up baby food. Our room offered a lovely view of a parade!
In my wife’s opinion, larger rooms would be better for families.

Had a lovely stay here! The jacuzzi and sun terrace were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the windows let in some street noise, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😊

Location shines with a quick stroll to the main square, perfect for exploring. The hotel maintains a cozy atmosphere with a few charming touches in decor that create a homey feel.
The room felt claustrophobic and dim, resembling a cave rather than a welcoming space. Limited airflow made for stuffy nights, compounded by unpleasant kitchen odors during morning hours. Additionally, some rooms overlook an enclosed courtyard, leading to disruptions from nearby conversations and a lack of privacy. If you value comfort and a tranquil environment, make sure to book a larger, external room to avoid these issues.
